Ophilia Yong is the Founder & CEO of Insights Horizon — a Singapore-headquartered advisory firm targeting the structural execution gap across APAC’s underserved mid-market to growth- market.

With deep practitioner expertise across cross-cultural leadership, organizational alignment, and commercial transformation, Ophilia has strong conviction to bridge the gap between strategy deck to organizational reality. To her, Insights Horizon is not a slide-deck firm, it is an embedded execution partner along the journey.

Ophilia has over 15 years of expertise lies in advising Regional leader to C-suite management for business go-to market, merger and acquisition, organization design initiatives. She has lived in APAC various countries and also expand MEA with new business venture founders

Co-founder & Chief Organization Evolutionist

Dr. Elliot Lee has over 20 years of experience as a business consultant, mentor, and facilitator, specializing in organizational development and transformation. His expertise lies in advising CEOs and senior management on business expansion, effectiveness, and change management initiatives.

He has a strong background In sales management, having established and led regional and global sales processes and systems. His work also focuses

on people strategy, including talent management, leadership development programs, and competency framework designs.

Elliot’s career has provided him with deep insights into business and people in different regions. He has worked and lived in China for four years, where he led joint venture partnerships, managed post-merger integrations, and consolidated offices and staff across the country. Additionally, he has lived and worked in Saudi Arabia, concentrating on organizational transformation initiatives.

Min is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in internal audit and internal controls, spanning the logistics, oil and gas, and manufacturing sectors. Her career is defined by a commitment to strengthening governance frameworks and enhancing operational integrity across complex organizations.

Min is known for her ability to demystify internal control concepts through relatable, real-world examples. Her adaptive communication style allows her to connect with diverse audiences, making technical content accessible and engaging for learners of all backgrounds.

Gloria is a distribution professional with over 30 years of experience sales & marketing, client servicing and business strategy roles. 20+ years of those have been dedicated to the banking and insurance sector in local and regional capacity.

She is a results & relationship-oriented C-suite leader known for systematically building and growing channels & partnerships successfully across multiple sales channels locally and across Asia Pacific.
